Grilled Tequila Lime Chicken
1 Package skinned and boned chicken breast (appx 3 or 4) 1/2 cup tequila 1/2 cup lime juice
Mix tequila and lime juice in large non reactive (not metal) bowl. Slice chicken into inch wide strips. Toss into liquid and stir. Let marinate appx half hour in juice.
Place strips on grill and baste with liquid. Cook until done.
Serve with rice or tortillas.
